Nutier, France :The blessed Buddha said : All state are selfness . Nobody is the creator of anything . Ignorance and craving is creating , its create suffering . Nobody perceives anything . The perception process itself perceives . Perception perceives form , sound , smell , taste , touch and thoughts . No states have a core , self or substance . All phenomena have no substance or reality independent of mind .
Q.206 – If nobody is the creator of anything , do the universes create the body and mind ?
As long as you are in samsara, there is creation and impermanence. Universe does not create body and mind. Sentient being is born in samsara because of attachment to samsara. Yes, all appearances have no substance or reality independend of mind. This is good insight. But we must understand further : there is mind (Tibetan : sem) and there is nature of mind (Tibetan : Sem-nyid). There is essence (Nyid) of mind (Sem). What is the essence of mind : it is unimpeded Sound*Light of Dharmata (Tibetan : Chönyid kyi rangdra), your innate Buddha nature. Try to contemplate on your Essence of mind. Rely and have confidence in your innate Buddha nature. See and contemplate Visual Dharma : Atiyoga : Three testaments of Garab Dorje.

Q.207 – Ignorance and craving create suffering , where do ignorance and craving come from ?
Ignorance and craving come from unawareness, unmindfulness. Did not Lord Buddha teach ? Mindfulness is the foundation of the Path of Enlightenment.
Q.208 – If the perception process itself , is it really a dependent mind ?
When you are introduced to the Essence of mind (Sem-nyid) , you have the key to your true nature, the essence – Sound*Light of Dharmata,your innate Buddha nature, which is like the Seed of Enlightenment. With sincere Dharma practice and Samadhi – contemplation you can overcome ignorance and dependent mind.
Q.209 – As all states are selfless , are also the sensuous , form and formlesness worlds selfless ?
If sensuous realm (kamadhatu), form realm (rupadhatu) and formless realm (arupadhatu) would be selfless , there would be no sentient beings dwelling in those realms and the samsara would be emptied. But every sentient being must realize one´s “own” Buddha potential and become accomplished Buddha, just as Enlightened masters : Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have shown throughout rich Buddhist history.

Question from etherplague : enlightenment vs chakra and psychic mastery . I’ve studied many religions and practices to put together all the pieces of the truth. Never have i followed the words of only one man, or else i be misled. I have always believe i was born to discover the truth than rather be told and become a sheep. This road has led me to begin to develop and try to open my 3rd eye and chakra centers. Some places i have obtained my information for this may be frowned upon but that is being judgemental. My question to you is this, Is enlightenment and rising out of the course of reincarnation along the same path as psychic and chakra mastery? Without the body, as spirit, are we not masters of our spiritual body? Is not psychic master, the ability to reconnect to the source and control the energy received ? Any insight you can give me back would be greatly appreciated, for I am a student with no teacher but history and study.
Lama Tara Tulku Drimed Drolkhar Rinpoche : Thank you for this interesting description and questions. For opening the chakra centres and third eye or wisdom eye it is the best to be strict vegetarian and to purify one´s energy. This is the safe way. There are many people who wish to open one´s chakras in swift way, unwise way , not being vegetarians and not purifying one´s energy enough. They can experience many problems and unbalances , together with mental problems. Psychic and chakra mastery is “byproduct” of spiritual path or spiritual evolution. Raising out of samsara or samsaric reincarnation goes along the Bodhisattva path which has 10 levels. Bodhisattvas of 8th level are Arya or Noble Bodhisattvas, not bound by samsara so much. The path toward Enlightenment begins with obtaining Refuge to the Three Jewels (Buddha-Dharma-Sangha) , following with the Bodhisattva vow and related ethical precepts. It does not happens by chance – it must be individual strong decision to follow the Buddhist path.
Spiritual body is in esoteric circles also called as astral body. One can be under influence of beings who promote “astral travels” , out of the body perceptions and similar phenomena. I don´t recommend to be involved with such delusions , since one can be bound to samsara without even knowing it. Such meditators often have big spiritual pride and are under the influence of the demon of heavenly son , as decribed by ven. Mipham Rinpoche in Mo divination.

One must be always master of oneself and not allow others to master us, by trying to include us in their energy fields. World is full of people who wish to enslave others , propagating strange doctrines , making people more deluded. The path of Buddhist Dharma is to awaken yourself from fake samsara into real samsara and then proceed toward true nirvana which is P e a c e .
