♪♫ ི♥ྀ Dear Friends , welcome to celebrate with us the WORLD SOUND HEALING DAY and 20. Anniversary of BUDDHA DHARMA-OBF INTERNATIONAL. Our purpose is to serve , uphold and protect the Teachings of Buddhas by promoting ten enlightened activities as taught by Shakyamuni Buddha and His emanation Guru Padmasambhava . Today is 10th lunar day in 12tth month according to Tibetan lunar calendar , dedicated to Guru Pema Gyalpo who is one of main manifestations of Guru Padmasambhava .

This year on Valentine day February 14, there will be 12th Would Sound Healing Day , starting at noon , your local time . In the Crystal structure of our body … It is interesting that Jonathan Goldman connected this Sound frequency with the letter A – as we teach in A-TI YOGA DZOGCHEN . Lets contemplate this Sound every day , because it is the natural Sound of our Buddha nature . Dzogchen practitioners who have Direct introduction to their Buddha nature practice outer Sound of A like a reminder of inner and secret Sound , vibrating in them even when they do not pronounce any outer sound and are silent . This practice is directly related to Guru Yoga of Dzogchen .

• 1.2 . BUDDHIST PSYCHOLOGY
OM A RA PA TSA NA DHI In order to help people you must know their character . Violent people can not be tamed with peaceful means. One can not have blind compassion (new age compassion ) . It is not advisable to be too good toward people with bad characters : they will try to overpower you and misuse your goodness . Keep more distance toward people with bad characters , even if you are Mahayana Buddhist practitioner (cherishing all sentient beings) . If you allow that people with bad characters create unvirtuous karma on you , it is also your fault , because you did not show enough strength and wisdom of discernment = prajna . This is why prajna or wisdom of discernment is 6th paramita and compassion is 7th paramita , in that order and not vice versa . Dzogchen master Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche advises to send all negativities back to their source (i.e. Siamukha practice ). Some people can only learn when they are faced with negativities that they project on others , some people don*t learn even in such circumstances . There are different levels of ignorance . If we see samsara realistically, we see that it is full of people with bad characters , violent people , alcoholics, drug addicts , meat and alcohol sellers and similar “personalities” . People with good virtuous characters are minority . But VIRTUE is always stronger then bad karma Buddhas are called Jina = Victorious Ones .

III. BUDDHIST RELIGIOUS * SPIRITUAL ACTIVITIES
3.1. OM SVASTI This month of February 2014 we celebrate 20. Annicversary of BUDDHA DHARMA – OBF INTERNATIONAL . Of course we began with study of Buddhism much earlier , in 1996 . In 1988 we obtained status of Buddhist authors (Mangala Konchok Norbu, Tara Tulku Drimed Drolkhar ) at the Institute for information sciences . In February 1995 we registered BUDDHA DHARMA at the Government of Slovenia , with the Office for religious communities , now under Ministry for culture . Our first aim was to unite all Buddhists in Slovenia . After few years we grow beyond borders of nationality and state , especially after year 2000 . Our aim since then is to SERVE , UPHOLD & PROTECT the teachings of Buddhas by promoting ten enlightened activities (first of them is publishing Buddhist criptures and Dharmas for free distribution ). Our monthly publishing at the HERITAGE OF MANKIND is serving this noble aim , as well as our regular puiblishing on Facebook and outer sites (i.e. Socially engaged Buddhists) . All oor Dharmic activities are well documented in Facebook photo albums .

We met Garchen Rinpoche at Amitabha Buddha Tsog at Rime Thubten Choling in Graz, Austria, in 1997 when Rinpoche came out of Tibet … Both initiations : Amitabha and White Arya Tara were sublime and were also translated into Chinese . It was good to hear Dewa Chen prayer chanted in Chinese . Amitabha Buddha empowerment comes from Namcho or Sky Treasure of terton Mingyur Dorje (17th century Tibet) . There is incarnation of this terton living in Bhutan : Tulku Tashi Palden (seven years old) .
4.2. Kurukulle Fire Homa ceremony by Grand master Sheng-yen Lu at Lei Tsang temple in Taiwan , on Febr 8, could be followed on webcast . It was also Chinese new year and many Taiwanese couples were married before the Kurukulle fire homa . Grand master Lu continue to give empowermnrts every Saturday . In second part he gives Dzogchen teachings .
