   Every year we humans celebrate World peace day on September 21 .

   Each year has 365 days , so let us celebrate World peace inside ourselves every day .

   How can we do this important step forward in human spiritual evolution ? Lord Buddha teaches us that we should not intentionally harm any sentient beings . Social media sites are full of documentaries and videos of suffering animals , suffering humans . We feel empathy toward them . We can accomplish Acts of Random Kindness or ARK every day . Therefore we choose to apply Vegan diets in our everyday life , thus not contributing to slaugter of animals .

3. 2.1. Many people speak about wisdom , compassion, love etc. but they still eat corpses of murdered animals and drink milk stollen from cows . Let peace begin with everyone of us . We are now in the bardo of this life (kye-ne bardo) , so let us contribute to our spiritual development during this life , to benefit sentient beings vast as the sky . We have precious human birth , we received many Teachings , initiations and instructions . Let us remember all of them and apply in our lives as much as we can . Then we contribute to Global Coherence , to harmony on this planet and in the Universe .

4. 2.2. Prayers for World  Peace : when we pray, we must pray wholeheartedly , with devotion and concentration . Many of our Visual Dharmas = Spiritual Guidance in Thrid millennium are designed to help you to learn precious Prayers .

   To be really coherent and wise, our actions must correspeond to our words and thoughts . In Buddhism we call this : Body-Speech-Mind/Consciousness coherence . HeartMath institute from California is leading Global Coherence programme since many years . They and many other scientists have proven beneficial effects of prayers and meditations on Earth atmosphere , corelating with Schuman resonance .
