Oct 15: 8th lunar day, dedicated to Arya Tara and Medicine Buddhas . Dharma practice : Aray Tara sadhana & mantra. Medicine Buddha sadhana & mantra.
Oct 17: 10th lunar day, dedicated to Guru Padmasambhava in his manifestation as Vajrakilaya. Guru Rinpoche takes the form of Vajrakumara at Yang Leshö in Nepal and subdues the local deities and negative forces. He performs the sadhana of Palchen Yangdak (Heruka) and attains the Vidyadhara level of Mahamudra realisation. He is known as Guru Dorje Tötreng – Vajra Guru, Garland of Skulls.
In 9th lunar month the Vajrakilaya practice is therefore stressed. Related Dharma practice : Vajrakilaya tantra Gurkhukma, discovered in the Asura cave in Nepal by the late Kyabje Jigme Phuntsog Rinpoche (1990). Lineage prayer by HH the Dalai Lama.

Dharma practice : Ganachakra offering.
Oct 29: Dharmachakra day : Lha Bab Düchen . Buddha Shakyamuni descent from heaven. Merit of Dharma practice : prayers , meditations, 10 enlightened activities multiply million times on every Dharmachakra day.
Nov 1 : 25th day : Dakini day. Dharma practice : Tsog offering verse by Kyabje Dudjom Rinpoche. Ganachakra offering.

Dear venerable , please enjoy my questions , thank you . The blessed Buddha once said : The eye is not yours … forms are not yours . The ear is not yours … sounds are not yours . The nose is not yours … smells are not yours . The tongue is not yours … tastes are not yours . The body is not yours … touches are not yours . The mind is not yours … mental states are not yours . All states internal as external , physical as mental are empty of stability . Their nature is to arise and cease . Neither can they therefore ever be kept , nor ever owned by any body .Clinging to what never can be kept , is pain . Relinquishing is all , is therefore indeed happiness .
Q.245 – If eye, forms , ear , sounds , nose , smells , tongue , tastes , body , touches are not yours , do they belong to cosmic energy ?
No, they don´t belong to cosmic energy, but to human being.
Q.246 – As the mind and mental states are not yours , do they belong to God ?
Our senses do not belong to God.
Q.247 – As mental factors give rise to new consciousness , does the mind change afterward ?

5.3. Religions against extremists : one of the aims of our human rights research and promotion is also education against religious extremism. We can not say that there is no religious extremism in Buddhism _ minority of Buddhists who promote cyber net bullying are clearly religious extremists. Urad Vlade RS za verske skupnosti je v sredo, 29. 9. 2010, organiziral 52. posvet predstavnikov verskih skupnosti. Vodil ga je direktor Urada Aleš Gulič, udeležilo se ga je 27 predstavnikov 20 cerkva in drugih verskih skupnosti.Uvodoma je sodelavec Urada Davor Lekić povzel temeljne točke odločbe Ustavnega sodišča, ki se nanaša na Zakon o verski svobodi (zakon). Ustavno sodišče je v postopku za oceno ustavnosti, začetim na zahtevo Državnega sveta, aprila letos odločilo, da se razveljavijo nekatere določbe zakona, ter da nekatere določbe zakona in nekaterih drugih zakonov niso v nasprotju z Ustavo Republike Slovenije, ob tem pa ni obravnavalo vseh členov iz zahteve. Obrazložil je spremembe, ki bodo v letu dni po objavi odločbe začele učinkovati in se nanašajo na registracijo verskih skupnosti ter na zaposlovanje duhovnikov za izvajanje verske duhovne oskrbe v bolnišnicah in zaporih.V nadaljevanju so bili k razpravi povabljeni predstavniki verskih skupnosti, ki so predstavili svoje poglede na odločitve Ustavnega sodišča ter na sedanjo in prihodnjo ureditev področja verske svobode in položaja verskih skupnosti v Republiki Sloveniji. Izraženi so bili različni pogledi in stališča, mnogi predstavniki verskih skupnosti pa so izrazili željo, da bi bili obveščeni in vključeni v razpravo o morebitni novi zakonodaji na tem področju.Urad je ob tem vse prisotne pozval, da svoje mnenje, ki so ga nekateri sicer že predstavili na posvetu, čimkonkretneje, osebno ali pisno posredujejo Uradu.

ADVANCING DEMOCRACY AND HUMAN RIGHTS is very important for achieving Millennium Development Goals until 2015. We fully support President Barack Obama´s right efforts for the achievement of this goals and closely follow and support OFA Organising for America movement.
In Slovenia – EU we have Law on religious freedom (spring 2007) which after more than 3 years (autumn 2010) was not yet applied in practice by the state institutions ! Experts like the President dr. Danilo Türk aggree that Civil society (with hundreds of NGO) is under-developed in Slovenia and the state institutions are reluctant to co-finance generally beneficial – social – programmes of generaly beneficial organisations . There is little true dialogue between NGO and the government. This must be improved , to promote democracy , human rights and human values !

Our sincere congratulations to Mr. Liu Xiaobo for NOBEL PEACE PRIZE 2010 ! We demand that he and other political prisoners in China is immediately released. China is 2nd largest economy in the world : human rights and the freedom of speech must be granted to all citizens in China. By writing the Charter 08 Mr. Liu did not break any law and by co.qwritting Charter 08 – demanding democracy and human rights in China, Mr. Liu is certainly not a criminal, as decided by the court. His imprisonment for 11 years ! is great violations of human rights in China. OM MANI PADME HUM May all be liberated from suffering. For this we all pray.
